1. Lifting steel column

1. Check the foundation again, including the exposed length of foundation bolts, the deviation between the center line of foundation bolts and the date line, the spacing of foundation bolts and the foundation elevation. These nonconforming products can be removed after treatment.

2. In order to control the installation height of the column, the position of 500mm is also pre marked on the visible part of the column, so as to adjust and correct the height during installation. After installing the steel column on the basis of qualified re measurement, first bind the column with a steel wire rope, and the lifting point is selected at the position 1/3 of the column length from the end of the column. Lift the column with rotation method and lift the steel column to the installation position. Pillows must be delivered at the binding point.

2. Steel column correction

1. Draw the center line on the visible surface of the column in advance, and then use the theodolite to adjust the verticality of the column in two mutually perpendicular directions.

2. The verticality of the column is controlled by measuring the distance between the inner side of the column and the cross control line on the building.

3. The adjustment of column height, axis and deflection is interrelated and balanced. Corrective work can only be completed if all criteria are met.

Section III assembly process of steel beam

Remove the steel beam near each column, transport it to the ground by truck crane, and then install it by mast crane. Headlamps with some heavy components can be lifted by truck crane. The secondary beam can be installed by self-made 5T tire crane. Starting from the third area, the main beam is first followed by the secondary beam, and then the screws. The steel beams are installed one by one by the mast crane according to the number. Only after the bolts are installed at both ends of the beam (or the spot welding is hard), the hook can be loosened, and then other steel beams can be lifted in turn. Welding after inspection.
